The Irrigation Department, Office of the Chief Engineer in Bahawalpur Zone, Punjab, invites sealed tender bids for the rehabilitation and upgradation of the IR Assasia drainage system designed to reclaim waterlogged agricultural land in the command area of Abbasia Canal System. The estimated cost of work is Rs. 929,170,031 (excluding PST) or Rs. 929.170 million, covering comprehensive drainage infrastructure improvements in the Abbasia Canal Circle, Panjinad Canal Circle area under Irrigation Zone Bahawalpur. This major irrigation rehabilitation project aims to restore agricultural productivity by implementing modern drainage technology and system upgrades across the designated waterlogged regions.
