Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Assistant Director (Senior) Local Government and Rural Development Department, District Bannu, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed tenders for three beautification and infrastructure improvement projects under the provincial Annual Development Programme 2025-26. The tender is issued based on MRS-2025 (1st Bi Annual) and Non-MRS items per approved PC-I for uplifting, beautification activities including infrastructure improvement, monuments, street lights and green space in central district of Bannu. Total estimated cost for the projects is 300 million rupees, with individual project values of 100 million rupees each. All three projects fall under Category C4 and Above, requiring bid security of 20,00,000 rupees at 2 percent. Project 1 focuses on beautification and cultural structure improvement with street light installation at multiple urban centres including Lalozai, Nizem Dharma Khel, Koti Sadat and Fatima Khel. Project 2 addresses beautification and street light installation across six significant cultural structures at Landi jalander, Domel, Khander Khan Khel, Bizan Khel, Aral Hati Khel and Asperka Waziran. Project 3 involves public infrastructure beautification at Ghoriwala, Mughal Khel and Ismaeel in Bannu district.
Eligible contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council, enlisted with C&W Departments per Centralized Enlistment Policy of Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the current financial year. Bid security shall be in the form of call deposit in favour of the Assistant Director (Senior) LG&RDD H.Q Bannu as per KPPRA Notification S.R.O (29) Vol:1-40/2025-26 dated 29 October 2025 and KPPRA Notification S.R.O(14) Vol: 1-24/2021-22. The bid security must be prepared after publishing of the Notice Inviting Tender and before the closing time of the bid. Bids will remain valid for 90 days from the closing date.
Bid solicitation documents can be downloaded from the EPADS website at www.eprocure.gov.pk and KPPRA website at www.kppra.gov.pk. Eligible contractors and firms must submit Technical and Financial Bid through EPADS and registered courier service to the Office of Assistant Director, District Bannu before the submission deadline of 18 June 2026 at 12:30 PM. The last date and time for online clarification is 12 June 2026 at 05:00 PM. Opening of Financial Bid will be communicated after approval of Technical Bid and will be conducted in the presence of bidders' representatives. Firms must register with EPADS for unique username and password. Any addition made to terms and conditions in NIT advertisement shall be implemented as per KPPRA Act and Rules.
