Description / Scope of Work
Tehsil Municipal Administration Allai, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites electronic tenders for the fabrication and supply of solid waste management machinery. The procurement includes three items: two mini tipper/dumper units of 1.5 cubic metres capacity with chassis to be provided by the department, one front end loader with backhoe and sunshade attachment where the tractor will be supplied by the department, and two hydraulic tipping trolleys of 5 tons capacity with pentlehok sunshade and tractor-mounted installation. The total procurement scope encompasses complete fabrication, assembly, and delivery of all waste machinery equipment to support waste management operations in Allai, KPK. This tender is issued following receipt of government funds and aims to enhance solid waste collection and management infrastructure.
The tender is open to interested and eligible bidders and contractors who are duly registered on EPAD link at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk and possess valid NTN, GST, and JS registration. Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals under the single stage two-envelope method as per KPPRA Rules 2014. A bid security of two percent of the total bid price in the form of CDR must be provided in the name of TMO TMA Allai. All applicable taxes including sales tax, income tax, and KPPRA taxes as per government rules shall be borne by the successful bidder.
E-bids must be submitted through EPADS portal on or before 22 June 2026, with technical bids opening scheduled for the same day at 2:00 PM. All rates should be quoted on FOR basis with free delivery to the TMA office. Successful bidders must provide complete operational training to staff.
