Description / Scope of Work
National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGC) invites sealed bids from eligible firms and bidders for the construction of a residential colony along with allied civil works at the 220kV grid station located in Jauharabad, Punjab. This project is being procured through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) via a Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. The tender reference number is CE/CIVIL/NGC/31(R)/2025-26, with the E-PADS reference F-26061902726. The scope encompasses residential infrastructure development and ancillary civil construction works at the specified grid station location in Punjab.
Bidding is open to all eligible firms and bidders who meet the specified eligibility criteria. Bidders must comply with all terms and conditions outlined in the comprehensive bidding documents. Bid security and other financial requirements will be as detailed in the bidding documents. Participation requires adherence to National Competitive Bidding standards and regulations as prescribed by NGC and relevant procurement authorities.
Bidding documents are available from the Chief Engineer (Material Procurement and Management) at NGC, 8th Floor, Shaheen Complex, Egerton Road, Lahore, during office hours. The document price is Rs. 3,000/-, payable by non-refundable bank draft in favour of Chief Engineer (MP&M) NTDC. Documents may be collected in person or sent by courier for an additional fee of Rs. 1,500/- for domestic delivery. Alternatively, documents can be downloaded free of cost from www.ntdc.com.pk, though purchase of documents is mandatory for participation. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS on or before 11:00 A.M. Pakistan Standard Time on 30th June, 2026. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 11:30 A.M.
