Description / Scope of Work
Medical Teaching Institution Mardan Medical Complex in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed bids from eligible contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-5 for the construction of a playground facility at MTI MMC Mardan. The project will be executed under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure as per KPPRA Rules 2014. Bids must be submitted through the EPADS E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System on or before 30 June 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same date at 11:30 AM through the EPADS system in the Conference Room of the Administration Block.
Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and maintain active status on the Active Tax Payer list, in addition to being registered with KP Revenue Authority as per KPPRA Notification No. SRO No 14/Vol 1-24/2021-22 dated May 10, 2022. All bids must be complete, conditional submissions without bid security shall be rejected as non-responsive. Bid security of 2 percent of the estimated cost must be submitted in physical form as a Call Deposit Receipt, Demand Draft, Pay Order, or Banker's Cheque made payable to the Hospital Director MTI-Mardan.
Bid solicitation documents with detailed descriptions and evaluation criteria are available for download from the EPADS portal at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk, as well as from the KPPRA website at www.kppra.gov.pk and the institutional website at www.mmckp.gov.pk. Interested bidders must upload scanned copies of all mandatory documents along with bid security on the EPADS platform; submissions via hand delivery, post, courier, email, or fax will not be accepted. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with Rule 47 of KPPRA Rules 2014.
