Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) invites sealed competitive bids for the supply of automotive tyres, tubes, flappers and spare parts for Palfinger cranes under RFQ Number SSGC/LP/EPADS/NR/2159175. The procurement includes five Toyota Vigo tubeless tyres (size 205/70 R15 C radial), ten Isuzu Hi-Lander four-wheel-drive tyres (size 245/70 R16 AT), and nine different spare parts for Palfinger cranes including slewing system seal kits, hydraulic oil coolers, accelerator cables, extension pads, electrical harnesses, emergency cut-off buttons, and oil sight glasses. The total fixed bid security amount is PKR 31,000. All items must be delivered within 30 to 45 days after purchase order confirmation. The scope covers supply in Sindh province with expected delivery terms as specified in the tender document.
Bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) in accordance with SRO296(1)/2023 dated 8th March 2023. Participants are required to submit a physical bid bond of 2% of the bid amount to the SSGC Head Office Tender Room before the bid submission deadline, along with a scanned copy uploaded on EPADS. All documents, including the bid form, technical literature, certificates, and required forms, must be properly signed and stamped. Tender fees are free of cost. Bids must be accompanied by all mandatory documentation as outlined in the bidders' checklist, including Form-X duly signed and stamped.
Bid documents are available for download from the EPADS portal and SSGC website. Bids must be submitted electronically on EPADS before 12:00 hours on 29th June 2026; late submissions will be rejected. The bid opening is scheduled for 25th May 2026 at 18:24 hours. All quoted prices must be inclusive of duties, taxes, and discounts except General Sales Tax (GST), which will be reimbursed to manufacturers and importers upon submission of paid invoices. Bidders should address queries to the General Manager (Procurement) or Deputy General Manager (Procurement) in writing. Evaluation will be based on the lowest technically and commercially compliant bidder unless otherwise specified.
