Description / Scope of Work
Abbottabad Public School, located in Abbottabad, KPK, invites sealed bids from reputed firms and individuals registered with FBR and KPRA for the year 2026-2027. The tender covers fifteen distinct service contracts including cafeteria and bakery shop, hosiery tailoring and uniform shop, grocery and karyana shop, books and stationery shop, fruit and vegetable shop, provision of washing services, provision of cobbler services, barber and haircutting services, supply of meat chicken and eggs, supply of rice, supply of office stationery, supply of paint and hardware items, supply of building material, general order supplier for sanitary electrical and miscellaneous items, and printing of miscellaneous items. Bidders must be GST and income tax registered with FBR and KPRA where applicable. The procurement follows a single stage one envelope procedure with specifications detailed in bidding documents.
Bidders must be reputed firms or individuals with valid GST and income tax registration. Bid security amount (CDR) is specified in respective bidding documents and must be made in favour of the Principal, Abbottabad Public School. All bids must include competitive rates for best quality items with all applicable taxes including GST, KPRA tax, income tax, professional tax, stamp duty and DPR. Negotiations on quoted rates are not permitted and all rates remain applicable until 30 June 2027. The school reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per KPPRA rules.
Bidding documents are available from the Admin Block of Abbottabad Public School during office hours until 26 June 2026 at a non-refundable cost of Rs 2,000 per contract. A pre-bid meeting for interested bidders will be held on 25 June 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Admin Block. Sealed tenders must reach the Principal's office by 10:00 AM on 27 June 2026, with opening scheduled for 11:00 AM the same day at the Principal Office, Main Mansehra Road, Abbottabad. Quality samples with relative rates receive priority over lower rates to ensure best value for money.
