Description / Scope of Work
The Bank of Punjab, through its Head Centralized Procurement Department located in Lahore, Punjab, invites pre-qualification applications from Direct Sales Agencies (DSAs) to manage credit card sales business volume on a regular monthly basis. The scope of work encompasses generation of leads and sourcing of applications as per bank-defined criteria, performing basic Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures at source level, adhering to sales scripts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating with internal teams for processing and end-to-end results. Applicants must demonstrate experience in financial product sales, preferably in credit cards, consumer sales, or similar business at company, owner, or managerial staff level. The DSA must possess infrastructure including office premises, software-based operating systems, and internal KYC processes.
Mandatory requirements for pre-qualification include a clean compliance history, technical capability in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, tracking mechanisms, and data security protocols. Applicants must also submit a financial proposal detailing commission and performance bonus expectations, and demonstrate compliance and audit readiness. All applicants must fulfill these mandatory requirements to be considered; applications lacking documentation for mandatory requirements will not be evaluated. The Bank reserves the right to de-list firms and reject all applications as per relevant provisions of PPRA Rules 2014.
Applications must be uploaded and submitted through the E-Pads portal only until 18 June 2026 at 11:00 AM. Firms securing 75 percent marks out of the evaluation criteria shall be considered for pre-qualification. Applicants are required to provide relevant evidence for all claims; concealment of facts or misinformation will result in disqualification. Status of agency (proprietorship, partnership, limited company, etc.) documentary evidence must be attached.
