Description / Scope of Work
Pir Mehr Ali Shah Arid Agriculture University, Rawalpindi, Directorate of Works invites electronic bids through EPAD (PPRA) and the University website from registered contractors and firms for the external work of House No. 17, Colony No. 01 Man Campus PMAS-AAUR. The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 2,353,927, with a completion time of 30 days. The work is located in Rawalpindi, Punjab, and is being procured in accordance with MRS 1st Bi-Annual 2026 and Government of Punjab directions. The tender notice is issued under reference XEN.(W)/25-26/T.No.2 for the financial year 2025-26.
Eligible bidders must possess valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for 2025-26 and be duly registered on EPADS/PPRA. Contractors and firms must also be registered with the Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) and hold a valid Professional Tax Certificate for Punjab as Active Taxpayers (ATL) at the time of tender submission. Mandatory registration on the Punjab PPRA e-procurement portal is required. The bid security must be submitted in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost, amounting to Rs. 117,697, in favor of the Executive Engineer, Directorate of Works.
Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS by 11:00 AM on 18 June 2026, with hard copies reaching the office of the Executive Engineer, Directorate of Works, Pir Mehr Ali Shah Arid Agriculture University Rawalpindi, Room No. 11, Shamshabad, Murree Road by the same deadline. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM by the Tender Opening Committee in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
