Description / Scope of Work
The Executive Engineer, Provincial Highway Division Jamshoro invites electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for the construction of a prestressed bridge with in-situ concrete approaches for Village Kachy Wara Radhan, Taluka Sehwan, Mile 0/0 to 0/3 (0.60 km) in District Jamshoro, Sindh Province. The estimated project cost is Rs 166.967 million with a completion period of 24 months. The work is classified as PEC Category C4 and above. Bidders must be registered with PPRA, EPAD, and Pakistan Engineering Council with valid renewal limits and specialization codes CE-01, CE-02, CE-09, or CE-10. Eligible contractors must demonstrate experience including at least one similar work costing 80 percent of the estimate or two similar works each costing 50 percent of the estimate, possess current PEC registration valid until June 2026, maintain average annual financial turnover equivalent to the project cost over the last five years, and hold active Income Tax and Sindh Revenue Board certifications. Bid security of Rs 8.348 million must be submitted as a Call Deposit Receipt from a scheduled bank, and a tender fee of Rs 5,000 is required. Bidding documents can be downloaded from the EPADS website at http://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/ starting 18 June 2026. Electronic bids will be received at 10:30 AM on 18 June 2026 and opened the same day at 11:00 AM.
