National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC), under the Ministry of Information Technology and Telecom, invites bids for the replacement of NTC OFC 18 fiber optic cable from Gulberg Green Interchange to KRL Sihala. This project encompasses the supply and installation of fiber optic infrastructure as detailed in the Bill of Quantity (Annex-A). The tender notice number is DIR-RWP/11/2025-2026, issued by the Rawalpindi Directorate of NTC. The work is critical for expanding NTC's next-generation network capabilities and maintaining connectivity to key telecommunications hubs in the Islamabad region.
Bidders must be registered with tax authorities or Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with relevant and active status. Minimum qualification requires evidence of five similar completed fiber optic projects in Pakistan. A tender security of Rs. 500,000 must be submitted physically before tender opening. Bidders shall submit a duly notarized undertaking on judicial stamp paper confirming non-blacklist status and that all quoted equipment is neither manufactured in nor of Indian or Israeli origin, with no direct or indirect ownership or controlling linkage with India or Israel. All goods and materials must fulfill NTC and PTCL technical specifications and originate from countries other than Israel and India.
The bid submission deadline is 23 June 2026 at 10:00 HRS, with tender opening scheduled for 10:30 HRS the same day through E-PAD at the Office of Director NTC Rawalpindi, IJP Road, I-12, Islamabad. Bids must be prepared in Single Stage-Single Envelope format with all pages initialed, signed, sealed, and numbered. Prices should be quoted in Pakistani Rupees on FOR/DDP basis on a turnkey basis, with all government taxes, duties, delivery and installation charges included.
