Punjab Institute of Cardiology, Lahore invites encrypted e-Bids from eligible and interested bidders registered on the e-Punjab Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS) for the repair of biomedical equipment. The bidding will follow a single-stage, two-envelope procedure as per PPR-2014. Bidders must have proven technical, financial, and managerial expertise for biomedical equipment services and maintenance, and must be registered with relevant authorities and tax departments. This procurement is critical for maintaining the institute's medical infrastructure in Lahore, Punjab. The bid documents contain detailed terms and conditions in English and are accessible on the e-PADS portal or PPRA website.
Eligible bidders must be registered on e-PADS to participate. A bid security of two percent in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) as a financial instrument must be submitted to the Repair Section at Punjab Institute of Cardiology, Lahore. Bid validity extends for 180 days from the date of bid opening. Late bids shall be rejected straightaway. Technical and Financial Proposals are not required at this stage; however, the original bid security must accompany all submissions.
Bid documents are available for download immediately after publication from the e-PADS portal and Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website. Online bids must be submitted by 04 June 2026 at 10:30 am. The tender opening will occur the same day at the address specified. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Repair Section, PIC, Lahore, before the bid opening date during working hours. The successful firm will be awarded a work order with comprehensive warranty for one year. All uploaded documents must be clear, legible, and properly numbered; unauthorized submissions will result in immediate rejection.
