Description / Scope of Work
Tehsil Municipal Administration Mansehra, KPK, invites electronic tenders under single stage two-envelope method for the supply and fabrication of solid waste machinery to strengthen waste management services in the region. The procurement includes three items: one front end loader and back hoe unit, three 1–1.5M3 mini upper units, and two tractor trolleys, all to be fabricated according to detailed specifications. The machinery will be supplied by TMA Mansehra, and bidders must possess valid NTN, GST registration, PEC certification, and 3S facility covering sale, service and spare parts availability in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Eligible bidders must be duly registered on the EPAD procurement portal at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk. Bid security of two percent of the total bid price must be submitted as a CDR in the name of TMO TMA Mansehra in a sealed envelope marked as such and reaching the office before the closing deadline. All applicable taxes including sales tax, income tax, KPRA taxes, and stamp duties as per government rules shall be borne by the bidder. Incomplete, conditional, or late bids will not be accepted, and the competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all tenders with cogent reason under KPPRA Rules.
Technical and financial bids must be submitted through EPADS by 23 June 2026 at 14:00 hours, with technical bid opening on the same day at 14:00 hours. All rates shall be quoted on free on record basis with free supply and delivery to the TMA office. The successful bidder will provide complete operational training to staff.
