Description / Scope of Work
The Elite Police Training Centre Haripur, operating under the Police Training Course Haripur in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, invites sealed bids for the supply of non-cooked food items and provisions. This tender is issued to procure necessary supplies including milk, eggs, vegetables, fruits, grocers and related items required for the daily operations and mess facilities of the training centre. The procurement scope encompasses regular supplies for a single financial year (2026-27), with the objective of ensuring reliable and quality sourcing of provisions. The tender is open to registered suppliers and vendors capable of meeting the training centre's supply requirements on a timely basis throughout the contract period.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax and commercial authorities of Pakistan. Suppliers should possess valid registration certificates and demonstrate capacity to supply non-cooked food items consistently. Bid security equal to the prescribed percentage of the estimated tender value must accompany each bid submission. Bidders are required to furnish copies of relevant licenses, tax clearance certificates, and company registration documents as part of the tender documentation package. The tender is restricted to suppliers capable of maintaining quality standards and reliable delivery schedules throughout the contract term.
Bid documents are available upon request from the office of Elite Police Training Centre Haripur. Interested suppliers must submit sealed bids on or before the closing date of 23 June 2026. Bids will be opened on the same date in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. All submissions must include complete documentation as specified in the tender conditions. Enquiries and requests for bid documents should be directed to the administrative office at Elite Police Training Centre Haripur. Single envelope procedure is adopted for this procurement. The training centre reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning reasons.
