Description / Scope of Work
The National Insurance Company Limited (NICL), a government-owned enterprise, has reserved funds for the procurement planned for fiscal year 2026-27 and intends to apply part of the proceeds from this fund to cover eligible payments under the contract for Operation and Maintenance of Lifts in NICL Building, Karachi. This procurement notice (NICL/PROCUREMENT/2026/13) invites qualified bidders to provide non-consultancy services for the professional operation and maintenance of lift systems within the NICL Building located in Karachi, Sindh Province. The scope encompasses comprehensive maintenance, repair, and operational support to ensure optimal lift functionality and safety standards.
Eligible bidders registered on EPAOS v2.8 are invited to submit bids through the electronic platform for provision of non-consultancy services. All bids must be accompanied by bid security of Rs 100,000 in the form of an original pay order (third copy) before the stated deadline to be included in the bid opening session via EPAOS v2.8. Bids received after the deadline will not be considered. Bidders must comply with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and any related regulations and instructions issued by the procuring authority from time to time.
Detailed bidding documents containing terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the Pakistan Acquisition and Disposal System (EPAOS) at https://vendors.epaos.gov.pk/. The e-bid, prepared in accordance with instructions in the bidding documents, must be submitted through EPAOS v2.8 before Monday, June 22, 2026 at 12:00 PM. Manual submission of bids shall not be entertained. E-bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM. Vendors not yet registered on EPAOS v2.8 may register at https://vendors.epaos.gov.pk/ using the available tutorial.
