Pakistan Ordnance Factories invites quotations for indigenous supplies under tender enquiry reference 0145/LP/CMC/56/P-A. This procurement is categorized as POF 1262-A for indigenous supplies and will be conducted through single stage two envelope open competitive bidding method as per PPRA Rule 36(b). The tender enquiry was issued on 18 May 2026 with tender opening scheduled for 22 June 2026 at 12:00 hours at the Bid Centre adjacent to Rabita Hall, POFs Wah Cantt, Punjab. Quotations must be submitted electronically on www.ebidding.pof.gov.pk before 30 minutes of opening time. For materials, bidders are required to fill prices in column 5 and delivery dates in column 7 of the schedule provided in the tender enquiry.
Bidders must submit bid security in the form of deposit at call receipt, pay order, or banker cheque from a scheduled bank drawn in favour of GM-Sourcing Direct Materials, POFs Wah Cantt. Bid security requirements vary based on firm registration status: registered/indexed firms require 2% of quoted value with maximum ceiling of Rs 0.5 million, registered/unindexed firms 3% with ceiling of Rs 0.75 million, and unregistered firms 5% with ceiling of Rs 1.00 million. Government organizations can request waiver of Rs 0.50 million bid security from DG(C). A non-refundable tender fee of Rs 500 must accompany the tender as a crossed postal or pay order in favour of Director-Admin-POFs, Wah Cantt.
Quotations must remain valid for at least 90 days from commercial tender opening date and should hold good for any reduced or enhanced quantities. Quotations should be based on FOR station of dispatch basis with free delivery at POFs stores at Wah Cantt, inclusive of packing and forwarding charges. Supplies will be subject to inspection and acceptance by the competent inspection authority nominated by the Purchaser. Successful bidders must provide a performance bond not exceeding 10% of contract value in the form of deposit at call receipt or unconditional bank guarantee favoring CMA(POF) Wah Cantt. Technical and commercial evaluation of bids will be carried out strictly as per PPRA rules and contracts will be awarded to the most advantageous bidder.
