Description / Scope of Work
The Local Government and Rural Development Department, Tehsil Samarbagh District Dir Lower, KPK, invites sealed tenders through EPADS for pavement and road construction works under the MRS-2025 (1st Bi-annual) programme. A total of 42 work packages are being tendered, covering street and road pavement construction, repair, and maintenance across multiple locations within Tehsil Samarbagh and surrounding union councils in District Dir Lower. The estimated cost of all works ranges from 1.0 million to 8.31 million rupees per package, with a combined estimated value exceeding 100 million rupees. Works include pavement and PCC of streets and roads at various locations such as Niamat, Shireen Nawab, Tangey Shah, Numan Adam, Kotkay Bypass, Manzoori Koruna, and other villages and urban centers throughout the district. The procurement is open to government contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and enlisted with the Cost and Works Department as per the Centralized Enlistment Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Eligible contractors must possess valid PEC registration and C&W Department enlistment for the current financial year. Bid security at 2 percent of the estimated cost must be prepared in favor of the Assistant Director, Local Government and Rural Development Department, Tehsil Samarbagh District Dir Lower. The bidding will follow a Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure. Contractors are required to submit their registration details and financial credentials as per the prescribed standards. All proposals must comply with relevant KPPRA regulations and government tendering policies.
Bidding documents can be downloaded from the EPADS website at www.eprocure.gov.pk and the KP-PPRA portal. Prospective bidders must register on the EPADS system with a unique username and password to participate. The last date and time for submission of the electronic tender form is 22nd June 2026 at 12:30 PM. Online bids will be opened on 22nd June 2026 at 2:00 PM, with clarifications due by 05:00 PM on 18th June 2026. Bid validity is set at 90 days from the closing date.
