Description / Scope of Work
The Deputy District Education Officer W-EE Sialkot invites sealed electronic bids for the procurement of air conditioner inverter equipment and related items. This tender is issued by the Education Department of Punjab for the supply and installation of air conditioning systems to educational facilities in Sialkot district. The estimated procurement value is PKR 50,00,000 (fifty lac rupees), with the tender to be executed through the EPADS (e-Pak Acquisition and Disposable System) platform. The scope includes supply of inverter-type air conditioning units meeting technical specifications as detailed in the bidding documents.
Bidders must be well-reputed, financially sound, and technically capable firms, suppliers, or manufacturers with adequate managerial capacity. All participants are required to be duly registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for both Income Tax and Sales Tax purposes. A bid security of PKR 100,000 (2% of estimated cost) in the form of Bank Guarantee, Certified Demand Draft, or CDR must accompany each bid. Original bid security documents must be physically submitted to the office before one hour of the closing time, and failure to comply will result in bid rejection. Bidders must also submit product samples if requested by the technical evaluation committee.
Bidding documents are available free of cost for download from www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. All bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal by 18-06-2026 at 03:00 PM. Bid opening will take place on the same day at 04:00 PM through E-PADS in the presence of bidders following a Single Stage One Envelope procedure.
