Municipal Corporation Multan invites online bids through the E-Procurement System (EPADS) for the execution of two road rehabilitation and improvement schemes in Punjab. The first scheme involves rehabilitation and improvement of metalled road in Sewer Connection Street, Koro Homes, Walli Multan and Public School Road, Multan UC No 87, with an estimated cost of Rs. 75,88,000 and earnest money of Rs. 3,79,509. The second scheme concerns rehabilitation and improvement of metalled road street besides Moblink office, Kutchery Road, Multan, estimated at Rs. 1,95,00,000 with earnest money of Rs. 9,75,009. Both projects aim to enhance infrastructure in Multan, Punjab, and will be executed by Income Tax and Sales Tax registered contractors and suppliers.
Prospective bidders must be registered on the EPADS portal and comply with all eligibility requirements specified in the tender documents. Bidders are required to submit earnest money in the form of original CDR from a scheduled bank at 5% of the estimated cost to the Infrastructure Branch of Municipal Corporation Multan, along with relevant PEC certificates and other required documents before the bid closing time. In case the rates of the lowest bidder are equal to or less than 5% of the estimated cost, the lowest bidder shall deposit a performance guarantee of 10% according to the bid schedule within 15 days of issuance of tender notice.
The online bid submission through single-stage, single-envelope open competitive bidding will close on 18-06-2026 at 12:30 PM, and bids will be opened on the same day at 01:00 PM and through EPADS by the prescribed committee.
