Description / Scope of Work
The District and Sessions Court, Matiari invites eligible contractors, firms, and companies to participate in the procurement of construction works for a Women Centric Facility at Taluka Courts in Hala, District Matiari, Sindh. This is a small contract with an estimated cost of Rs. 4.00 million and a completion period of three months. The tender is issued under the Single Stage – one Envelope Procedure through SPPRA e-Procurement (ePAD) in compliance with Government policy and SPPRA Rules 2010.
Eligible bidders must hold valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category and specialized codes, current registration with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), Sales Tax registration including NTN and GST number, and an Electrical Inspectorate License for Hyderabad Region. Bidders must demonstrate successful completion of at least one similar work costing minimum 80% of the estimated project cost or two works each costing minimum 50% during the last five years. A minimum average annual financial turnover of the last five years equivalent to the project cost is required, along with audited financial statements from an ICAP registered firm. The minimum staffing requirement includes one PEC-Registered Civil Engineer as Project Engineer and one DAE Civil Site Supervisor with minimum three years' experience. The tender fee is Rs. 2,000 and the 5% bid security amount is Rs. 200,000.

Physical or manual bids will not be accepted. Bids must be submitted online by 18 June 2026 at 12:30 PM, with opening scheduled for 18 June 2026 at 1:00 PM at the District and Sessions Court's Judicial Complex, Matiari.
