Description / Scope of Work
Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design and Heritage, Sukkur is inviting online bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADs) for the procurement of 13 solar street lights. The estimated contract value is Rs. 2.990 million with a completion period of one month. The project is located in Sukkur, Sindh province, and aims to enhance campus infrastructure with renewable energy solutions. This is a single-stage, one-envelope bidding process conducted under the Sindh Public Procurements Rules 2010.
Eligible bidders must possess active NTN numbers, valid GST or Income Tax registration, and equivalent SRB certification. Bidders should have valid PEC registration certificates and meet all detailed qualification criteria specified in the bidding documents. A non-refundable tender processing fee of Rs. 5,000 and bid security of Rs. 75,000 must be submitted in favor of Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design, and Heritage, Sukkur. Bids without these documents or required signatures and stamps will be rejected.
Bidding documents are available through the EPADS portal at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk and on the university website www.aror.edu.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS with a copy of bid security attached to the technical proposal. The original bid security pay order must be sent before the submission deadline.
