Description / Scope of Work
Govt. College of Technology (Women), Gujranwala, under the Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) of the Government of Punjab, invites bids for the procurement of interior decoration items comprising digital clocks, plantation, and curtains/blinds. The tender is issued under prevailing PPRA rules with an estimated cost of Rs. 1,648,750. The procurement is for the college campus located opposite CIVIC Centre, Sharif Pura, GT Road, Gujranwala, Punjab, and will be conducted through a single stage one envelope procedure via the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS).
Eligible bidders must be registered for income tax (NTN) and sales tax (GST) with government bodies and must maintain active taxpayer status. Attested copies of active NTN and GST certificates must be uploaded with the bid submission. A bid security of Rs. 82,438 (5% of estimated cost) is required in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft payable to the Principal, Govt. College of Technology (Women), Gujranwala. All prevailing government taxes, transportation charges, and installation charges must be included in the quoted rates.
Tender documents are available on the PPRA Punjab website (https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and E-PADS Punjab link (https://eprocure.gov.pk). Bids must be submitted through E-PADS only until 15-06-2026 at 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM at the Principal's Office in the presence of the college procurement committee. The successful bidder must deposit a performance guarantee of 10% of the total contract amount within 07 days of award.
