Description / Scope of Work
The Institute of Public Health (IPH), Lahore, a premier public health institution in Punjab, invites sealed bids for the provision of comprehensive security services for the fiscal year 2026-27. This tender encompasses all aspects of physical security, personnel protection, and facility safeguarding required to ensure the safety and security of the institute's premises, staff, visitors, and assets. The scope of work includes 24-hour armed and unarmed security personnel deployment, access control management, CCTV monitoring, perimeter security, emergency response protocols, and incident reporting as detailed in the bidding document. The contract is valued competitively and will be awarded to the most technically qualified and financially competitive bidder meeting all eligibility criteria.
Bidders must be registered security service providers holding valid licenses from relevant authorities and demonstrating proven experience in providing institutional security services. All participating firms must submit evidence of financial stability, valid tax registration, and security credentials. Bid security in the prescribed amount is mandatory. Bidders must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and the institute's security standards. Preference may be given to bidders demonstrating certified staff training and professional security management systems.
