Description / Scope of Work
Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA), Vehari invites electronic bids through the EPAD System for the supply and fixing of AC inverters. The project involves providing and fixing of 8 wall-mounted air conditioner AC inverters of 1.5 ton (1800+ BTUs) capacity with T3 technology of Haier, Gree, TCL, Midea or equivalent approved brands, complete with all accessories including copper pipes, remote controls, fixtures and stands with 12-year compressor warranty. The estimated tender cost is Rs. 2,355,200 with a completion time limit of one month. This procurement project serves the Water and Sanitation Agency in Vehari, Punjab province.
Bidders must be duly enlisted with EPAD and possess a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license with appropriate category and codes, along with active filer status for NTN/PNTN and GST registration. Bid security in the form of a Deposit at Call (CDR) from any scheduled bank equal to 5 percent of the estimated cost (Rs. 117,760) must be submitted in original to the Head Clerk, WASA Vehari before the closing deadline. Rates must be quoted by hand on the printed copy of the approved DNIT, and computer-filled rates or separate sheets will result in rejection of the bid as non-responsive.
Detailed bidding documents containing bidding data, terms and conditions, bill of quantities and technical evaluation criteria are available on the EPADS website at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. Electronic bids must be submitted through E-PADS by uploading readable PDF files before the closing date and time of 16 June 2026 at 12:00 noon. Bid opening will occur on the same date at 12:30 PM in the office of Deputy Director Engineering, WASA Vehari, Public Health Engineering Division Vehari, in the presence of procurement committee members and prospective bidders or their authorized representatives. All applicable government taxes must be borne by the successful contractor, and current PPRA rules will be strictly enforced.
