The Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute and Research Center, Lahore, invites sealed competitive bids for the procurement of infusion pumps and syringe pumps under tender reference PRO/27/2026. This is a medical equipment procurement for healthcare delivery at the institute's facilities in Lahore, Punjab. The procurement follows the standard bidding documents framework and is open to eligible suppliers meeting the qualification criteria outlined in the bid data sheet.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and possess valid business registration. Suppliers must provide evidence of their eligibility, including financial capacity and technical capability to supply and support the equipment. Bids will be opened on the same date in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Technical evaluation and post-qualification will be conducted as per the criteria in Section F of the bid data sheet. Award of contract will be made to the lowest evaluated responsive bid meeting all technical and commercial requirements.
