Municipal Committee Zafarwal invites sealed e-bids through the Electronic Procurement and Auction Delivery System (EPADS) for the construction of a street link connecting old Chawindah Road to Nangli gate road in Ward No 11 of the Municipal Committee Zafarwal, located in Narowal District, Punjab. The project is valued at PKR 9.999 million and forms part of the current financial year budget 2025-2026. The scope encompasses the full construction of the street link to connect these two major roads within the municipal jurisdiction, enhancing local connectivity and infrastructure development in the ward.
Eligible bidders must be well-reputed and financially sound firms, contractors, or companies registered on EPADS and with the relevant tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, PRA, and Professional Tax where applicable. Participants must hold a valid Professional Engineers Council (PEC) license in the relevant category, maintain active status with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and PRA, and provide a fresh affidavit confirming non-blacklisting status with the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) and absence of current litigation. The bid security amount is set at PKR 499,000 (equivalent to 5 percent of the estimated cost) and must be submitted in favor of the Chief Officer, Municipal Committee Zafarwal.

Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS by June 22, 2026 at 9:00 AM, while original bid security documents must be physically submitted to the Infrastructure and Services Senior Sub Engineer Office, Municipal Committee Zafarwal by June 22, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Bid opening will take place on the same date at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
