Description / Scope of Work
The Chief Executive Officer (District Education Authority), Narowal invites sealed tenders under single stage two envelope method as per PPRA Rules 38(2)(a) for the supply of uncooked quality food material and meals including rice, meat, chicken, vegetables, fruits and grams for three times daily provision (breakfast, lunch and dinner) to approximately 117 boarding students across three taken over madrassas in Narowal district for the financial year 2025-26. The tender covers Jamia Masjid Taqwa/Madrissa Moaz Bin Jabal in Zafarwal with 50 students, Madrissa Qamar ul Islam in Hallowal with 32 students, and Masjid Aqsa Islamic Center in Shakargarh with 35 students. The estimated annual cost is Rs. 04.00 Million, and rates will be offered per day per boarding student as per the menu notified by the School Education Department.
Bidders must be Income Tax and Sales Tax registered firms, general order suppliers or manufacturers registered with FBR having active NTN, valid Sales Tax registration and Electronic Vendor Registration (eVR) under Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) amended rules 2014 through e-PADS for financial year 2025-26. A bid security equal to 3 percent of the estimated amount in the form of a CDR in favor of the Chief Executive Officer (DEA), Narowal must be submitted with the financial proposal. Technical bids must include all supporting documents, undertakings, valid documentary evidence and copies of the CDR, and must conform to all terms and conditions specified in the tender document.
Sealed tenders comprising technical and financial proposals in separate envelopes must be submitted by 20-06-2026 (Saturday) at 11:00 AM at the office of the Chief Executive Officer (District Education Authority), Narowal. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day before the District Procurement Committee. Incomplete bids, those not sealed, pages not signed, or affidavits not attached will be rejected. Rates offered must be inclusive of all applicable taxes and will remain fixed for the entire financial year 2025-26.
