Description / Scope of Work
Municipal Committee Sangla Hill invites sealed bids through e-PADS from contractors for providing and fixing of frame in front of Model Rehri Bazaar Horse Chowk and providing of fiber shed at Faisalabad Road in Sangla Hill, Punjab. This civil infrastructure project is valued at Rs. 2,197,755 and will be executed in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The bidding process employs the Single Stage Single Envelope (SSSE) procedure as per Government of Punjab directives for the financial year 2025-26. All eligible bidders must have their names duly registered in the current financial year on the e-PADS portal to participate in this procurement activity.
Bidders are required to submit a bid security of 5% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR (Call Deposit Receipt) or Pay order from any scheduled bank in Punjab payable to the Chief Officer Municipal Committee Sangla Hill. A Performance Guarantee of 10% of the estimated cost is mandatory and must be provided in the form of a Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee from any scheduled bank within 15 days of tender opening. All bidders must upload scanned copies of bid security and original CDR documents on e-PADS on or before the closing date and time. Incomplete, untitled, or unsigned bids will not be entertained. Non-responsive bids will be rejected outright.

Bids prepared in accordance with the instructions in the Bidding Document must be submitted through e-PADS at https://eprocure.gov.pk by 12:00 PM PST on June 17, 2026. Bid opening will take place at 01:00 PM PST on the same day through e-PADS in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the office of Municipal Committee Sangla Hill.
