Description / Scope of Work
The District Development Committee, on behalf of the District & Sessions Judge, Lahore, invites electronic bids from firms, contractors, and companies for the execution of a hybrid solarization off-grid project covering courts and allied offices in Lahore, Punjab. The project encompasses Sessions Court, Civil Courts, District Courts, Model Town Courts, and Cantonment Courts, with an estimated tender amount of Rs 186,200,000 and a bid security requirement of Rs 9,310,000 (5% of estimated cost). The work involves design, supply, installation, and construction of hybrid solar systems with off-grid capability across multiple judicial facilities in Lahore and Tehsils District under the Judicial Development Fund (JDF). Eligible bidders must meet all eligibility criteria as outlined in the bidding documents and must be registered with relevant authorities. Bidders are required to submit a 5% bid security in the form specified in the tender documents. The tender follows the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure as per Rule 38(2)a of PPRA Rules, 2014. All bids must be submitted electronically through the e-PADS portal and must be addressed to the Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Lahore. Bidders must submit comprehensive catalogues and product literature demonstrating equivalence to required specifications.
