Providing and Fixing of Lights in Imam Bargahs during Mohram-Ul-Haram by TMC Lyari

The Town Municipal Corporation Lyari, District South in Karachi, Sindh invites electronic bids through the EPADS website of SPPRA for the provision and fixing of lights in different Imam Bargahs during Mohram-Ul-Haram in TMC Lyari. The estimated project cost is Rs. 1,990,261 with a bid security of 5% of the quoted amount and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,000. This is a single-stage, one-envelope tender process conducted in accordance with Rule-17(1) and Rule-46(1) of the SPP Rules 2010 (amended to date). The work is to be completed within 90 days from the written order of commencement.

Eligible contractors and firms must possess a valid PEC Category certificate in the relevant field of specialization, a registration certificate with Sindh Revenue Board, and a valid NTN certificate. Bidders must provide a valid electrical license from the Inspector of Electrical License Sindh for the similar region. Contractors must demonstrate relevant experience through a list of similar assignments, either at least two projects each valued at 50% of the project cost or one project valued at 80% of the project cost during the last five years. Financial statements or turnover equivalent to the scheme cost during the last five years are mandatory. Bid security equal to 5% of the specified amount must be submitted as a pay order or bank draft in favor of the Town Municipal Corporation Lyari.

Bidding documents are available for download from the EPADS portal at http://portalsindh.eprocurement.gov.pk from June 5, 2026 to June 19, 2026. Bids must be uploaded on the same portal with submission closing at 11:00 AM on June 22, 2026. The tender opening committee will announce and open all bids at 11:30 AM on June 22, 2026 at the Office of the Executive Engineer (M&E), Town Municipal Corporation Lyari, Chakiwara No. 01, Sharah-e-Abdul Raheem, Lyari Karachi.
