Description / Scope of Work
Sindh Economic Zones Management Company (SEZMC) invites proposals for hiring services of a Senior Strategy Advisor on a retainer basis under the Sindh Public Procurement Act 2009 and Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010. This is an individual consultant engagement for strategic advisory services to support SEZMC operations in Karachi, Sindh. The procurement follows the single stage-two envelope procedure as per SPP Rules 2010, with the tender reference No.MMC/SEZMC/Retainer/2023-24/272 issued on 5th June 2026.
Applicants must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) on the active taxpayers list of federal and provincial governments. Bidders are required to furnish a bid security equivalent to one percent (1%) of the bid price in the form of a pay order from a scheduled bank or financial institution incorporated in Pakistan with a minimum credit rating of AA by PACRA, AA by VIS, A3 by Moody's, or equivalent rating by Fitch or Standard & Poor's. All applicants must register with the E-PAK Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) platform for bid submission.
Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available for free download from www.sezmc.gos.pk and https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/ from 5th June 2026 at 4:00 pm. The last date for obtaining tender documents is 22nd June 2026 at 10:00 am. Bids must be submitted online through the EPADS portal with the original bid security (pay order) physically submitted at SEZMC office on or before 11:00 am on 22nd June 2026. Bid opening will occur on the same day at 12:00 noon at the SEZMC office located at 2nd Floor, Bahria Complex-IV, Choudhry Khaliq-Uz-Zaman Road, Gizri, Karachi.
