Description / Scope of Work
The Sindh Institute of Urology and Transplantation (SIUT), a 1500-bedded tertiary care teaching hospital providing comprehensive care to patients with renal and related diseases, invites pre-qualification bids for the procurement of drugs and medicines for the year 2026-27 under a Framework Contract Agreement. The procurement encompasses immunosuppressive agents, antibiotics, oncology drugs and other pharmaceutical items required for the hospital's operations in Karachi, Sindh. This is an addendum pre-qualification notice as advertised in Daily Awami Awaz, Daily Dawn and Daily Jung newspapers on 23rd May, 2026, with reference to the original tender titled "PRE-QUALIFICATION For Procurement of Drugs / Medicines Immunosuppressive, Antibiotics, Oncology & others for 2026-27 under Framework Contract Agreement".
Interested suppliers and vendors must meet specified eligibility criteria and hold relevant licenses for pharmaceutical procurement and distribution. Bidders are required to submit bid security and supporting documentation as per tender requirements. The Framework Contract Agreement terms and conditions remain applicable to all participating entities. Only pre-qualified vendors will be eligible for subsequent tender stages.
Revised tender documents may be obtained from the SIUT Central Resource Services (CRS) office located at Gate No. 3, Ground Floor, Transplant Tower, SIUT, Karachi on any working day between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. before 13-06-2026. Tender collection shall occur at 11:30 a.m. on the same day at Pearle Hall, SIUT Trust Hospital (Shahrah e Faisal), Karachi at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, 13-06-2026, with opening at 11:30 a.m. the same date.
