Description / Scope of Work
Karandaaz Pakistan, on behalf of the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP), invites sealed quotations from interested and eligible bidders for the supply, installation, and maintenance of enterprise routers. This Request for Quotation (RFQ-006) is designed to procure equipment and related services through a competitive and fair bidding process leading to a long-term contract. The contract will be issued as a fixed price agreement in USD, and the successful bidder will be selected based on the lowest price technically acceptable quotation. All proposals must adhere to Karandaaz Pakistan's Procurement Policies and Procedures, and detailed terms of reference are available in Section 4 of the RFQ document. The scope encompasses the complete lifecycle of enterprise router deployment to support BISP's operational infrastructure across Federal locations.
Eligible bidders must be interested and qualified vendors capable of meeting the technical specifications and service standards outlined in the Terms of Reference. Bidders are responsible for conducting their own investigation and analysis to verify the accuracy, reliability, and completeness of the RFQ documentation. Karandaaz Pakistan reserves the right to disqualify any bid at its sole discretion and may assign the agreement to BISP or any authorized entity at any time. The procurement process follows open competitive procedures, and in case of any conflict between the RFQ and Karandaaz Pakistan's Policy and Procedures, the latter shall prevail.
Bidders must submit four hard copies each of the technical proposal and financial proposal in separate sealed envelopes addressed to The Procurement Department, 1-E Ali Plaza, D Chowk, Mezzanine Floor, Nazimuddin Road, Blue Area, Islamabad, Pakistan. Electronic copies of both proposals must also be submitted in four separate folders via email to procurement@karandaaz.com.pk with the subject line "Supply, Installation, and Maintenance of Enterprise Routers." Financial proposals must be password protected, and the password will be requested at the time of financial opening if needed. All submissions must be received on or before 18th June 2026. For further details and the complete RFQ document, bidders are advised to review the attached file and contact the Procurement Department directly.
