Description / Scope of Work
The National Police Foundation Security Services invites bids from licensed, registered, and experienced manufacturers, authorized dealers, suppliers, and contractors for the supply of weapons and ammunition on a long-term contract basis for operational requirements across Pakistan. The contract shall initially remain valid for three years, with provisions for annual review and renewal subject to satisfactory performance, competitive rates, quality assurance, and mutual consent. This procurement initiative seeks qualified suppliers capable of delivering a comprehensive range of firearms and ammunition items to support operational capabilities nationwide.
Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant Government authorities and hold valid arms business licenses issued by the competent authority. Interested firms are required to submit company profiles along with quoted rates, valid Arms Dealer or Manufacturer License, NTN and Sales Tax Registration Certificates, company profile, evidence of previous experience and supply orders, and CNIC copy of the authorized representative. All bids must include sealed proposals clearly marked as Proposal for Supply of Weapons and Ammunition and must reach the undersigned on or before 20 June 2026 at 1100 hours. The company reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning reasons, and procurement may be made in partial quantities as per operational requirements.
Sample inspection, testing, and security verification of items will be conducted before final approval. Sealed proposals must be submitted by the deadline specified, and bids shall be opened on the same day in the presence of representatives from participating firms who wish to attend. The contract encompasses fourteen distinct nomenclatures including 12 bore shotguns (pump action and semi-automatic variants), 30 bore and 9mm pistols, rifles in 7MM and .222 calibres, and various cartridges.
