Description / Scope of Work
The Collectorate of Customs (Enforcement), Peshawar invites sealed bids from authorized firms, contractors, and general order suppliers registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments, as well as those on the active taxpayer list of the Federal Board of Revenue and KPRA. This tender covers transportation and destruction services for seized and confiscated goods from State Warehouses and Anti-Smuggling Units across Peshawar, Dik-Rata Kulachi, and other designated points of destruction during the financial year 2025-26. The scope includes transportation of seized or confiscated goods using heavy goods vehicles, articulated lorries, or large trailers, with destruction supervision by deputed staff. Required items include 40-foot and 20-foot container transportation, tables, sofas, chairs, sound systems, marquees, rostrum, ignition materials for destruction, recording cameras, aerial drones, and sprinkler fans.
Eligibility is limited to firms and contractors who have previously worked with Pakistan Customs for transportation of goods or vehicles within the past three years. Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available at the General Branch of the Collectorate of Customs (Enforcement) at Custom House, Peshawar, upon payment of Rs. 5,000 as per PPRA Rule 23(5) of 2004. Participants must attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled for 12th June 2026 at Custom House, Peshawar, where details regarding quantity and specific destruction points will be communicated.
Bids prepared in accordance with instructions must be submitted to the office of the Assistant Collector (Headquarters) at the Collectorate of Customs (Enforcement), Custom House, Peshawar, on or before 20th June 2026 by 10:00 AM, with opening scheduled for 11:00 AM the same day in the presence of bidders. Only participants who attend the pre-bid meeting are eligible to submit bids.
