Description / Scope of Work
Aitchison College, Lahore invites sealed bids from eligible firms and persons licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category (C-4) for external works including civil, electrical, public health and allied works for the Faculty Housing Project already under construction at the College's Lahore premises. This is a single-stage two-envelope tender process for technical and financial proposals related to faculty residential infrastructure development. The project scope encompasses comprehensive external works necessary to complete the faculty housing facilities on the College campus in Punjab.
Bidders must be licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council and registered with PEC and other relevant bodies. Firms should provide updated evidence of registration and demonstrate financial stability through appropriate certificates. All bids must be accompanied by 1.5% bid security in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft issued by a scheduled bank in favor of Aitchison College Lahore. Bidders are required to submit details of similar works completed in the last five years with client names, executing agencies, project values, and completion certificates from clients or consultants.
Bidding documents may be purchased from the Accounts Office at Aitchison College from 4 June 2026 to 19 June 2026 upon submission of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 10,000. Sealed bids must be delivered to the office of the Bursar at Aitchison College, Lahore by 10:00 AM on 20 June 2026. Technical proposals will be opened on 20 June 2026 at 10:30 AM in the Administration Block with bidders invited to attend. Financial proposals will be opened after technical evaluation is completed.
