Description / Scope of Work
The Highways Division Haveli Azad Jammu & Kashmir invites sealed bids for patch work and road safety work on the Kahutta Khurshidabad Road in District Haveli, spanning a length of 17 kilometres. This project is issued under Single Stage Single Envelope Bidding Procedure with an estimated cost of 2.250 million and is open to all eligible bidders licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council. The work falls under the C-68 Above category with a bid security requirement of 50,000 rupees and a completion period of 30 days. Bidders are required to submit bids by 22 June 2026 by 12:00 PM at the Office of the Executive Engineer PWD Highways Division Haveli, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
Eligible bidders must be properly licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council with appropriate endorsement in the C-68 Above category or higher for the fiscal year 2025-26. Bidding documents will not be issued to contractors or applicants involved in any kind of litigation against PWD. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application along with a PEC license presented at the time of purchase. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject all bids or any bid under Clause 33 of AJK PPRA Rules.

Bidding documents are available from the date of advertisement until 19 June 2026 at 5:00 PM. Contractors must quote rates in both words and digits with only two decimal places. All bids must be submitted to the designated office, and conditional, incomplete, or bids with lead pencil markings will not be acceptable.
