Description / Scope of Work
The National University of Modern Languages (NUML), Sector H-9, Islamabad invites sealed tenders through e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for retrofitting and extension of columns at the main cafeteria of its main campus. This single-stage two-envelope procurement is open to well-reputed PEC-registered firms and contractors with Category C-5 or above classification and relevant experience in similar projects completed over the past five years. The project scope includes structural work on the main cafeteria columns at NUML's Islamabad location, with comprehensive technical specifications and design requirements as detailed in the tender documents.
Eligible bidders must be PEC-registered firms with experience of similar construction and structural projects. Bidders are required to submit a bid security of Rs. 43,173 (as specified in the tender schedule) along with their technical and financial proposals. Required documentation includes work orders and completion certificates for similar projects, complete details of engineers and equipment, financial soundness details supported by bank statements and credit or debit information for the last five years, and company annual turnover details for the same period. Hard copies of all bids must be duly signed and stamped by authorized company representatives.
