Transportation and Erection of HT/LT Spun Poles by MEPCO Multan

MEPCO Shah Rukh-e-Alam, Division Multan invites sealed tenders for transportation, safe handling, shifting and erection of HT/LT spun poles from MEPCO approved pole plant to site of work in Multan, Punjab. The tender reference is SRA 02/26 with a tender amount of PKR 2.00 million including all taxes. The scope includes erection of LT spun poles of 31 feet length, HT spun poles of 36, 40 and 45 feet lengths. This is an infrastructure and electrical distribution project aimed at strengthening power supply networks in the Multan region.

Eligibility criteria require that tenders are issued only to firms pre-qualified and enlisted with WAPDA, PEPCO, DISCOs, NTDC or MEPCO and approved contractors from the office of Chief Engineer (District) Engineering WAPDA Lahore or Chief Executive Officer MEPCO. Bidders must have successfully completed three similar contracts with a minimum value of 80 percent of the contract amount and provide end user certificates from WAPDA, NTDC or DISCOs. Bidders must demonstrate cash or cash equivalents equal to minimum 40 percent of contract value and current commitments, supported by bank statements for the last year. Income tax returns for the last two years and PRA registration for all contractors are mandatory. Bid security of 10 percent or Rs 200,000 must be submitted. Electronic bidding is not permitted.

Bid documents are available according to WAPDA and PEPCO guidelines, SDI, SOP and specifications as mentioned. Sealed tenders should be submitted to the office of Executive Engineer (OP) MEPCO Shah Rukh-e-Alam, Division Multan by the tender closing date of 25 June 2026. Tender opening will be conducted as per standard procurement procedures.
