Description / Scope of Work
Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited, a public sector bank with head office in Islamabad, invites electronic bids for the hiring of courier services to support its offices across Pakistan. The procurement is being conducted through the PPRA e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) version 2.0 under Open Competitive Bidding with Single Stage One Envelope Procedure as per PPRA Rules 2004. Interested firms registered with income tax and sales tax departments and appearing on the FBR Active Taxpayers List are eligible to participate. Bid documents, containing detailed terms, conditions, and specifications, are available at the ZTBL Procurement Department in Islamabad at a cost of Rs. 2,000 or can be downloaded free of charge from the ZTBL website and the PPRA EPADS System Version 2.0.
Bidders must submit original bid security and original affidavits as required in the bid document to ZTBL's head office before the bid submission closing date and time. Electronic bids must be submitted exclusively through the PPRA EPADS platform; manual bids shall not be accepted. The bidding process follows all regulatory requirements outlined in the PPRA Rules 2004 Section 36(a), ensuring transparent and competitive procurement standards.
Bid submission is scheduled for 23rd June 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening taking place the same day at 11:30 AM.
