Description / Scope of Work
The Executive Engineer PWD Maintenance Division Muzaffarabad invites pre-qualification applications from eligible contractors for the Construction and Augmentation of Storage Capacity of Base Godowns Islamabad project in AJK. The estimated cost of the work is PKR 2,567,688 with tender category C-3 and above (Code CE-10) for Construction and Operation of Engineering Works. This invitation for pre-qualification is issued on behalf of the Employer who has been entrusted by the Government of the State of Azad Jammu and Kashmir to ensure timely completion and cost management of this critical infrastructure project.
Pre-qualification is open to construction contractors registered with PEC in Category C-3 and above. Applicants must have successfully completed at least two similar projects, each having a value of not less than PKR 256,000, or one project with value not less than the full contract value. A minimum bid security deposit of two percent of the contract value must be provided. Detailed information regarding technical requirements, experience documentation, and financial credentials should be clearly stated in the pre-qualification submission documents.
Applications for pre-qualification must be uploaded in PDF format on the e-Bidding dashboard on or before 29 June 2026 at 11:00 AM. The e-Bidding System will open for participants after 11:01 AM on the same day. Hard copies of applications with all required documents must be submitted in original signed format within two days of online submission to the Office of Chief Engineer Building PWD Muzaffarabad Block H DND Muzaffarabad.
