Description / Scope of Work
Border Health Services Pakistan invites sealed bids for the upgrade and establishment of Government Dispensaries to Federal Community Health and Preventive Service Centres at four locations in Karachi, Sindh Province. The project encompasses four separate works: upgrade of Government Dispensary to Federal Community Health and Preventive Service Centre at Federal Capital Area Karachi; similar upgrades at Iqbal Town Karachi and Landhi Karachi; and maintenance and repair of upgradization of dispensaries to Federal Community Health and Preventive Service Centres at Karachi Airport Karachi. The total estimated bid security ranges from 300,000 to 3,500,000 Pakistani Rupees across the four contracts. These contracts will be executed under Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure as per PPRA Rules, with completion periods ranging from 120 to 180 days for different projects.
Prospective bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C or above and possess valid registration with relevant engineering bodies. Bidders are required to obtain bidding documents online through the official portal by depositing a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000 payable to Border Health Services Pakistan. The bid security amount specified for each contract must accompany the bid submission, with original sealed tender bid and security deposit to be addressed to the Director of Border Health Services Pakistan at Block-47, Pakistan Secretariat, Saddar, Karachi.
Bid documents can be obtained electronically from the designated portal, with detailed instructions provided in the tender notice. All bids must be submitted electronically by 22nd June 2025 at 10:00 AM and will be opened on the same date and time. Interested businesses requiring further information or clarification should contact the Project Director at Border Health Services Pakistan, Block-47, Pakistan Secretariat, Karachi, or the Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination. The Competent Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
