Description / Scope of Work
The National Logistics Corporation invites sealed bids for the establishment of NTOS (National Trade Operations System) facilities at three border terminals: FOR Taftan, GABD, and Sost Border Terminal located in Punjab province. This tender, referenced as TENDER NO. 46/NTOS/NLC/2026, encompasses the complete setup and operational infrastructure required at these strategic border crossing points. The project scope includes system implementation, terminal infrastructure, and operational readiness at all three designated locations. Qualified contractors and service providers are invited to participate in this single-stage two-envelope bidding process.
Bid security amounting to Rs 500,000 and tender fee of Rs 2,000 must be submitted in favor of National Logistics Corporation HQ Main Account and must be attached with the technical proposal, otherwise the offer will be rejected. Bidders must meet qualification criteria as detailed in the tender documents, and all required bidding documents including technical specifications, eligibility requirements, and compliance criteria can be downloaded from www.nlc.com.pk. Sealed bids containing two separate envelopes marked as "TECHNICAL PROPOSAL" and "FINANCIAL PROPOSAL" must be submitted in hard copy at NLC Head Office, Harding Road Near AFIRM Rawalpindi on or before 22 June 2026 by 1100 hours. Bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours.
