The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture and Tourism Authority invites bids for the arrangement of Pak-China Friendship Diamond Jubilee Celebrations. This procurement is issued through the Electronic Procurement System (EPOS) under the National Competitive Bidding Rules, aiming to engage experienced vendors and service providers to organize and execute a significant bilateral cultural and diplomatic event celebrating seventy years of friendship between Pakistan and China. The event is to be held in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province, and qualified bidders must meet specific eligibility criteria for ARRANGEMENT OF PAK-CHINA FRIENDSHIP DIAMOND JUBILEE CELEBRATIONS.
Bidders must possess valid Urdu or English certificates of registration with legal/recognized professional bodies such as PEC, RIBA, KPMA, or STRA Certificates, and the company must be active on the taxpayer list. All bidding shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure as per KPPRA Rules 2014. Bidders are required to submit only Financial Bids alongside Technical documents electronically via the EPOS platform on or before 19th June 2026 at 10:00 am. No hard copy submissions will be accepted. The bid must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the quoted amount in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt in favor of the KPK Culture and Tourism Authority Fund Account, with the original CDR to be submitted to KPCTA office and a scanned copy uploaded to the e-PADS portal on or before the deadline.
Bidding documents are available from the office of the undersigned during office hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,000, or can be downloaded free of cost from the EPOS, KPPRA, and KPCTA websites. The pre-bid meeting will be held on 11th June 2026 at 03:00 pm in the conference hall of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture and Tourism Authority in Peshawar. Bidders must submit an affidavit on stamped paper duly attested by a notary public affirming the accuracy of information in bidding documents. Bid opening will occur on the same day at 10:30 am in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. For further details, contact the Director General at the address provided.
