Description / Scope of Work
The Government of Punjab is conducting an open auction of immovable properties belonging to accused Ahmed Ali Riaz under Section 88 of the Criminal Procedure Code. The auction will be held on Wednesday, June 17, 2026 at 11:00 am at the District Council Hall in Old Katcheri, opposite Jinnah Park, Rawalpindi. Seven properties are available for auction across various locations in Tehsil Saddar, District Rawalpindi, including canal lands and plots in mouza areas such as Lachi Malana, Thatta Gidhapur, Kharkan, Sangrah, and Mohra Langyal. The properties range from 07 to 510 Kanal in size, offering significant opportunities for potential bidders.
The auction will proceed on an "as is, where is" basis with the official bid commencing from the reserve price. No bid less than the reserve price will be accepted. Bidders must submit earnest money as a Pay Order in favor of Chairman NAB. All interested bidders and tenders are required to submit a duly filled Proforma along with all required supporting documents one day prior to the auction by 3:00 pm. Submission locations include the office of the Assistant Commissioner (Saddar) in Rawalpindi, Old Katcheri opposite Jinnah Park, the DC Office Rawalpindi, and the NAB Rawalpindi Office at Federal Cooperative Bank Building, 3rd Floor, Aaturk Avenue, Sector G-5, Islamabad.
Prospective buyers should obtain complete bid documents and detailed property information from the relevant offices mentioned above. The auction is being conducted under the statutory provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code following reference number FIR/2023.
