Description / Scope of Work
The Executive Engineer Road CWPPAN Department District Chagai invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the construction of Blacktop Nalund Dypass Road in District Chagai, Balochistan, under Tender 2000 PKR and Bid Security 3%. The estimated cost of the project is PKR 362,179,887 and will be executed under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. The work is identified under tender reference TSE-2526051050523 and represents a significant infrastructure development initiative for the region.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be active taxpayers listed with the Federal Board of Revenue and not blacklisted by any procurement agency of Pakistan or Balochistan Revenue Authority. Registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) Category C-3 and above is mandatory, with a minimum turnover of PKR 267,525,220 in the preceding three years. Bidders must have completed at least two similar projects each costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost within the last three years. Bid security must be submitted in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call for 3% of the estimated cost. CDR and Green Chalan bidders are not permitted, and affidavits confirming no conflict of interest and no blacklisting are required.
Bid documents are available electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk and hard copies can be obtained from the office. The tender follows a single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure. Bids must be submitted by 15 June 2026 before 09:00 AM through the supplier dashboard.
