Punjab Cattle Market Management & Development Company, Sahiwal Division, invites e-bids for the hiring of security agency services under e-Bid No. PCMMDC-SD/ADMIN/2026-27/01. The estimated cost of tender is Rs. 5,750,000 for supply of manpower-based security services at the Model Cattle Market Arifwala in Sahiwal Division, Punjab. The scope includes providing security guards and related protective services to ensure safety and security of the facility. This is a public sector procurement through a registered service provider with established technical, financial, and managerial capabilities meeting all specifications outlined in the bidding documents.
Bidders must be registered service providers with demonstrated technical, financial, and managerial capabilities as per specification details given in the tender document. Eligible bidders are required to submit requisite credentials and documents as detailed in the Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, PPRA 2014 (amended to date). A bid security of Rs. 115,200 (2% of estimated tender cost) must be submitted in the form of bank guarantee or pay order. The bid will be awarded to the technically responsive lowest evaluated bidder as per evaluation criteria specified in the bidding documents.

Sealed e-bids must be submitted to interested bidders on or before 22.06.2026 at 10:00 AM for opening in the committee room of PCMMDC, Sahiwal Division, Model Cattle Market Arifwala.
