Description / Scope of Work
The University of Engineering and Technology (UET), Lahore seeks services of one individual financial consultant on a short-term consultancy basis for a period of six months. This procurement is being conducted through the e-PADS platform of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Interested consultants must demonstrate requisite capacity, qualifications and relevant experience to perform financial consultancy services. The university is located in Lahore, Punjab, and all procurement activities will be managed electronically through the designated e-procurement portal.
Eligibility criteria require that applicants must have registration of Income Tax to be considered for this position. Interested individuals are required to register on e-PADS to be eligible for participation in this consultancy procurement. Applicants must provide detailed information demonstrating their qualifications, relevant professional experience and technical capacity to deliver the required financial consultancy services as outlined in the Terms of Reference. All submissions must comply with the specifications and guidelines provided in the bidding document.
The Expression of Interests (EOIs) must be submitted on e-PADS on or before 22 June 2026 (Monday) not later than 10:00 a.m. EOIs will be opened on the same day at 10:30 a.m. through the e-PADS platform. Manual bids or EOIs shall not be accepted.
