DHQ Teaching Hospital Narowal, under the administrative control of the Specialized Healthcare and Medical Education Department, Government of the Punjab, invites e-bids for a framework contract for the procurement of drugs, medicines, medical devices and surgical dressings for fiscal year 2026-27 (Phase-I). This bidding document establishes the framework for supplying essential pharmaceutical and medical supplies to the hospital in Narowal, Punjab. The procurement is issued in accordance with revised guidelines dated 11th March 2025, which supersede previous procurement guidelines issued on 26th March 2024. All procuring agencies and hospitals under the SHC&ME Department shall use these guidelines for future procurement of drugs, medicines, medical devices and surgical dressings.
Eligible bidders must be registered pharmaceutical manufacturers, distributors or suppliers authorized to operate in Pakistan. Bidders must possess valid drug licenses, manufacturing registrations where applicable, and comply with regulatory requirements of the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan. Bid security requirements and performance guarantees shall be as specified in the bid data sheet. All bids must meet technical specifications and quality standards defined in the bidding document.
