The Capital Development Authority, Directorate of Environment (East), invites bids for the provision of summer and autumn flower seedlings. This procurement notice, originally published under PID (I)9668/25 dated 03-06-2026, has been amended to extend the bidding timeline. The work involves supply of flower seedlings for landscaping and environmental beautification projects in Islamabad, Federal Province. All prospective bidders must meet the eligibility criteria as specified in the bidding documents and are required to submit their bids exclusively through the EPADS online portal at http://eprocure.gov.pk in compliance with the instructions provided in the bidding documents. Manual submission of bids will not be entertained or accepted under any circumstances. Online bids must be submitted on or before 22 June 2026 at 11:30 AM through EPADS. The electronic bid opening will take place publicly on the same day, 22 June 2026 at 12:00 PM at the office of the Director, CDA Nursery, 9th Avenue, Environment Directorate (East), CDA office F-9 Park, Islamabad. The opening session will be conducted in the presence of the procurement committee and any bidder representatives who wish to attend. All other terms and conditions of the original tender notice remain unchanged. Bidders are advised to carefully review the complete bidding documents available on the EPADS platform.
